Virginia Animal Shelter Takes in Pets Affected by Florence

The Portsmouth Humane Society in Virginia is taking action to help animals affected by Florence. Before the storm made landfall, nearly 40 cats and dogs were moved to other shelters to make room for animals impacted by the storm.
