Bryher Dunsby, wife of Corporal James Dunsby who died from heat illness in 2013 following an SAS endurance training exercise in Brecon Beacons, has called for a safety overhaul when training aspiring recruits after a judge acquitted two SAS servicemen of negligence over the incident.
