A US Coast Guard rescue swimmer investigated a truck in fast moving floodwaters left in the wake of Hurricane Florence in North Carolina on Sunday, September 16.PO1 Jordon Shevlin took the dangerous ride from the HH-65 Dolphin rescue helicopter and discovered the vehicle abandoned.Florence has been downgraded to a tropical depression but is moving slowly out of the region, dumping torrential rains.
