Manager accused of 'mocking' gay-staffer in 2015; victim wrote to chairman who then promised probe

Acting on public outbursement on alleged harassment faced by former gay employee, Tech Mahindra has sacked is training executive Richa Gautam. The victim, Gaurav wrote a mail to the company's top brass, who recounted a 2015 incident where the accused manager, during a meeting, allegedly stereotyped his sexuality. The manager was accused of mocking Pramod's nature and claimed that it had affected his work. The victim promised to write a letter to the company's owner, on the day when sc passed its landmark judgment on homosexuality.
