Senator Elizabeth Warren is being outspoken about her thoughts on Amazon. According to Business Insider, Amazon is both a marketplace and a direct retailer itself. Warren says that Amazon gets data from all of these sales and doesn’t necessarily share it. Then with that info they can create their own market conditions and make a private-label brand. The senator claims the company exploits their data to wipe out other businesses.
