This was the cute moment a British Bulldog climbed a ladder to join his owner who was working on a roof.

Oli Leathers, the owner of Boris, was working as a roofer in St. Albans, Hertfordshire when his inquisitive pet unexpectedly got up the ladder.

Leathers said: "We were working on the roof and he had his front paws on the second run of the ladder and was barking to come up. Next minute he was actually on his way up the ladder.

"He’s never done it before, he’s a year old so still a puppy. He’s a brilliant dog."
