The Indian consulate has finally taken cognizance of the Indian couple in the us & has spoken with their attorney. The couple took their 5 month old child to a hospital after her hand swelled up in july. When the doctors failed to provide a cause, the couple wanted to go to another hospital, but the hospital got suspicious involved child protection services who took both their children away. The matter is now in court and hearing will take place today.
