Navy: Take The Seas, Florence Is Coming!

The US Navy has ordered 30 ships docked at Naval Station Norfolk to take to the seas.
The orders came as Hurricane Florence approaches from the Atlantic with 115 mph winds.
Business Insider reports that if moored at a station, waves could damage the ships against the piers.
The Navy issued a "sortie code alpha"--its strongest possible order--to move ships immediately.
The affected crafts likely included nuclear-powered aircraft carriers and submarines.
