Ingrediants...
1. Clarified Butter /Ghee -3tb
2. Basmati Rice -1cup
3. Cloves /Laung -4
4. Dalchini /Cinnamon -2
5. Bayleaf /Tejpatta -2
6. Elaichi /Green Cardamom -2
7. Star Anis -1
8. Shahi jeera/Black Cumin -1ts
9. Black pepper -4
10. Onion -1
11. Salt to taste
12. Garlic paste -1ts
13. Ginger paste -1ts
14. Chilli -3
15. Carrot -1
16. Potato -1
17. Beans -1/2cup
18. Cauliflower -1/2cup
19. Capsicum -1
20. Tomato -1
21. Mint Leaf/Pudina
22. Corriander -2tb
23. Turmeric /Haldi -1/4ts
24. Red chilli powder -1/2ts
25. Jeera/Cumin powder -1/4ts
26. Corriander powder -1/4ts
27. Curd -1/2cup
28. Water -1cup

Method....
Soak Rice for 30min. Take a kadai/Pan add Ghee and whole garam masala, Onion, salt to taste, Garlic paste, Ginger paste, slit chili and saute till onion get soft in medium flame. then add Carrot, Potato, Beans, Cauliflower, Capsicum, Tomato and fry for 2min. then add Pudina, Coriander mix, add Haldi , Red chili powder, Jeera powder, coriander powder and mix for 2min. add wisk curd and Water mix it. add soak Rice mix and cover for 15min. in low flame till rice and veg cook well. after 15min. gas off and cover for 5min. then serve hot.. our Healthy tasty veg. pulao is ready to eat.
