Rakesh Bedi opens up about Raj Kapoor, Sanjeev Kumar and Shrimaan Shrimati

Veteran actor Rakesh Bedi reveals how he came up with the character of Dilruba in the hit TV show Shrimaan Shrimati.
Rakesh stared his career in 1979 with the movie Humarei Tumharei starring Sanjeev Kumar. He tells us how Kumar was very fond of him and also dropped him back in his Mercedes after shooting had finished for the movie.
He also speaks about working with Raj Kapoor in Ram Teri Ganga Maili, and how he has kept acting notes from Kapoor had advised him on all those years ago.
The actor was in town for his latest play, Jab We Separated by Felicity Theatre, which he has written and directed.
