Why Does The Dog's Ear Look Like Its Face In This Pic?

Business Insider reports, Reddit user Embeast shared a photo of her dog, a Great Dane named Floyd, whose ear just so happens to look exactly like his face.
The Twitter account @interest_mild quickly shared the photo.
For those having trouble seeing it, the fold in the dog’s ear actually looks like his eye, and the rest of his ear is eerily shaped like his face.
