២៤ មិថុនា ២០១៨ / 24 June 2018 - Speech in English at a meeting of Liberal International (LI) in Berlin, 22 June 2018, followed by the adoption of a LI Resolution on Cambodia (*)
អន្តរាគមន៍ ក្នុងកិច្ចប្រជុំអង្គការសេរីនិយមអន្តរជាតិ (Liberal International ហៅកាត់ LI) នៅទីក្រុងប៊ែរឡាំង (Berlin) ប្រទេសអាល្លឺម៉ង់ កាលពីថ្ងៃ ២២ មិថុនា កន្លងទៅនេះ។ ក្រោយពីអន្តរាគមន៍នេះ អង្គការ Liberal International បានអនុម័តញត្តិមួយ ស្តីពីប្រទេសកម្ពុជា ដែលក្នុងនោះ អង្គការនេះ អំពាវនាវឲ្យរដ្ឋាភិបាលសេរីនិយមក្នុងពិភពលោក គាំទ្រការតស៊ូរបស់គណបក្សសង្គ្រោះជាតិ ដាក់ទណ្ឌកម្មលើរបបផ្តាច់ការរបស់លោក ហ៊ុន សែន និងមិនទទួលស្គាល់ការបោះឆ្នោតក្លែងក្លាយ ថ្ងៃ ២៩ កក្កដាខាងមុខ ព្រមទាំងមិនទទួលស្គាល់រដ្ឋាភិបាលណា ដែលកើតចេញពីការបោះឆ្នោតក្លែងក្លាយបែបនេះ។
សូមរំលឹកថា អង្គការ Liberal International មានសមាជិកប្រមាណ ១០០ គណបក្សនយោបាយ ទូទាំងពិភពលោក ក្នុងនោះមានទាំង គណបក្សសង្គ្រោះជាតិ ផងដែរ។ គណបក្សជាសមាជិកមួយចំនួន ជាគណបក្សកាន់អំណាច ឬគណបក្សក្នុងរដ្ឋាភិបាលចម្រុះ ដូចជានៅប្រទេសកាណាដា (Canada) ហូឡង់ (The Netherlands) ដាណឺម៉ាក (Denmark) ប៊ែលហ្សិក (Belgium)។ល។

LI Executive Committee expresses its full support to the CNRP and the Cambodia National Rescue Movement, and calls for
+ Immediate release of Kem Sohka and other political prisoners,
+ Full restoration of CNRP and the mandates of all elected political representatives ahead of the July 2018 elections
+ Postponement of the parliamentary elections if the opposition CNRP is not allowed to timely register for the election process
+ Raising the situation in front of the UN Security Council and the UN General Assembly
+ Introduction of immediate targeted measures against the Hun Sen regime, including visa bans for his family and close political associates
+ Targeted revoking of trade privileges enjoyed by the Cambodian companies under the existing trade agreements with the EU and other developed democracies
+ Declaring the elections without participation of the opposition CNRP as unconstitutional and illegitimate, and the government created such elections as illegitimate government of Cambodia
