According to a report by Reuters, on Friday, in a meeting with Russian President Vladimir Putin, Iran’s Supreme Leader Ayatollah Ali Khamenei said that Tehran and Moscow can work together to "restrain" the United States. On Friday, Putin arrived in Tehran to attend a trilateral meeting with Iran and Turkey focused on the Syrian province of Idlib and a government offensive many fear will spark a humanitarian crisis.
