A Cincinnati Police officer used a stun gun on an 11-year-old girl who was caught shoplifting from a Kroger store on August 6, later telling her “you know what sweetheart, this is why there aren’t any grocery stores in the black community”.The Cincinnati Police Department is investigating the incident and officer Kevin Brown could face internal consequences for the use of force and his comments to the girl, according to news reports. He did not turn on his camera until after he fired the taser.The girl, who was caught shoplifting clothing and food items, was checked by paramedics at the scene and was later transported to a local hospital.
