According to The Wrap, Kevin Spacey will not face charges from sexual assault accusations stemming from 1992.
The Los Angeles County District Attorney’s Office stated the allegation was outside the statute of limitations.
The DA's office announced they were investigating another case of sexual assault involving Spacey last month, but the case was brought to the DA in April.
Paperwork from the DA's office indicated the victim of sexual assault was male.
