Pokemon will be getting a new Professor Oak. According to ComicBook.com, a replacement voice actor has been found for the popular cartoon character following the passing of Unsho Ishizuka. The famed voice actor passed away on August 13, 2018, at 67, leaving the Pokemon community to mourn the unexpected loss. Biglobe reported that, Kenyu Horiuchi will be taking over the lab as Professor Oak in Pokemon the Series: Sun & Moon.
