Today we’re focusing on a climber who may not be well known amongst younger climbers, but really should be. Jeff Lowe has probably done more to steer our sport than anyone else in history. He has over 1,000 first ascents to his name, brought European-style ice climbing to the states and is widely credited as the foremost pioneer of mixed climbing. His biggest achievement however has been how he has dealt with adversity over the past 15 years. A film about his life, called 'Jeff Lowe’s Metanoia' is currently touring the World and we thought we’d speak to Jeff’s partner, and the producer of the film, Connie Self, to find out more about the movie and the man.
