Polish Duo Make Epic 19 Day First Ascent On Troll Wall | EpicTV Climbing Daily, Ep.447

Polish climbers Marcin Tomaszewski and Marek Reganowicz have just come down from an epic 19 day adventure on the notoriously loose and dangerous Troll Wall in Norway. They made the first ascent of a route straight up the centre of the wall that they’re calling 'Catharsis' and are offering a grade of M7/A4.

During the nearly 3 weeks they spent on the wall they encountered terrible weather, including a hurricane, thinly iced cracks and enormous sprindrift avalanches. All this was of course just an addition to the usual loose rock that characterises the Troll Wall. They climbed in alpine style and drilled just 17 bolts, making this a truly world-class big wall route.

Next, we’re getting a bit more lighthearted as we check in with our team of professional rock climbers to ask them what their favourite pump track is.

Lastly, we've got a reminder about the BananaFingers Deal Of The Week:

This week the guys have got their yellow fingers out to give you 35% off the Edelrid 10mm Coral Rope.
As usual all you need to do is get to checkout with the product, enter the code CD444 and you have yourself a bargain! What's more, you can use the offer for both 50 and 60 metre versions of the rope.
