Here's What Happens When You Don't Take A Vacation

According to Business Insider, on average American workers only take about eight days of vacation a year.
This means that Americans give back about $604 of paid time off back to their employers every year, in unused vacation time, which can't be paid out or rolled over. A 2016 study 2016 survey from NPR, Harvard, and the Robert Wood Johnson Foundation shows that nearly half (49%) of American workers said they can't vacation because their workloads are too intense.
