According to a report by Reuters, on Saturday, US President Donald Trump said there was no need to keep Canada in NAFTA and warned that if Congress interfered in trade negotiations he would terminate the trilateral agreement altogether. Trump said on Twitter, "There is no political necessity to keep Canada in the new NAFTA deal. If we don’t make a fair deal for the U.S. after decades of abuse, Canada will be out.
