According to Reuters, a former associate of Paul Manafort, and a business partner of Konstantin Kilimnik pleaded guilty for failing to register as a foreign agent.
Samuel Patten also admitted to soliciting a US citizen to act as a straw purchaser for tickets to the inauguration of President Donald Trump for a Ukrainian oligarch.
That act circumvented a law restricting those purchases by foreigners.
