According to SFGate, one of MoviePass’s Board of Directors has resigned.
In a letter dated Aug 25, Carl J. Schramm resigned, saying that the ticketing company withheld important financial information and made decisions without the board’s input.
The announcement comes as MoviePass is increasingly being criticized for its dealings with its subscribers and posting poor quarterly earnings.
