साउथहैम्पटन टेस्ट का पहला दिन खत्म हो गया है. पहले दिन काफी उतार-चढ़ाव देखने को मिले. पहले सेशन में भारत का पलड़ा भारी रहा. तो दूसरे सेशन में इंग्लैंड का. खैर, इंग्लैंड की पहली पारी 246 रनों पर सिमट गयी. सैम कर्रन पहले दिन के सबसे बड़े हीरो साबित हुए. जी हाँ, 20 साल के सैम कर्रन ने अपनी शानदार बल्लेबाजी से सबका दिल जीत लिया. सैम कर्रन ने शानदार बैटिंग करते हुए 136 गेंदों में 78 रन बनाए. इस दौरान उन्होंने आठ चौके और एक छक्के भी लगाए. इसके अलावा जसप्रीत बुमराह ने भी बेहतरीन गेंदबाजी की. कुल तीन विकेट चटकाए और सफल गेंदबाज भी रहे.
