A woman sits in the boot of a car, dragging a wheelbarrow behind it.
The CCTV video, filmed in Jinhua City in China's eastern Zhejiang Province on Tuesday, shows the woman holding the wheelbarrow in her hands as the vehicle drives along a busy road.
The driver was traced and summoned to a police station, where he was fined by police, reports said.
