Ingredients:
1 cup Broken Wheat
1 ½ tbsp Ghee
1 Cinnamon stick
2 Cloves
2 tbsp Cashew Nut
2 tbsp Almond Flakes
2 tbsp Raisins
2 ½ cups Water
2 tbsp Milk
1 ¼ cup Sugar
½ tsp Cardamom powder

Method of preparation:
In a pressure cooker, dry roast broken wheat for 2 minutes then remove it in a plate.
Heat ghee in the same cooker, add cinnamon stick, cloves, roasted broken wheat, give it a stir.
Add cashew nut, almond flakes, raisins, roast them for 30 secs and add water and milk.
Once the water starts to boil add sugar, mix well and let it dissolve.
Once the sugar dissolves, cover the lid and let it pressure cook on low flames.
Turn off the flame and let it cool down for 10 minutes before you open it.
Add cardamom powder, give it a mix and our Lapsi is ready.
