The fashionista, who paired her golden heels with a glitzy figure-hugging jumpsuit, stopped when she realized what had happened and held onto her bodyguards for support.
Instead of turning to pick the shoe up, she paused mid-stride as a member of her entourage rescued it and slipped it back onto her waiting foot.
