Can ‘Crazy Rich Asians’ Save The Summer?

In its second weekend of release Crazy Rich Asians made $25 million at the box office.
That’s only a six percent drop from last weekend's haul of $26.5 million.
Uproxx reports the movie has a domestic total of over $76 million.
The film could become this summer's the first comedy to cross the $100 million.
This summer has been historically weak for comedies.
Comedies have only made up eight percent of the box office market share this year.
A decade ago it was 21 percent.
