Florida State head coach Willie Taggart has named Deondre Francois the starting quarterback heading into the Seminoles' week one matchup with Virginia Tech. Francois has bounced back from a season-ending knee injury to beat out James Blackman and Bailey Hockman to win the job to open the 2018 season.
