American Playwright Neil Simon Passes Away At 91

According to Reuters, American playwright Neil Simon has died at the age of 91. Simon, one of Broadway’s most prolific and popular playwrights, won Tony Awards for “The Odd Couple,” “Biloxi Blues” and “Lost in Yonkers." A new Simon play almost every theatrical season was considered to be a Broadway staple from 1960 all the way through the mid-1990s. In turn, this made him one of America’s top playwrights for over 50 years.
