Staying with Typhoon Soulik, as mentioned earlier, …the system is now heading out into the East Sea.
Although it wasn't as powerful as forecast,... the typhoon did leave a fair amount of damage in its wake,... especially in the southwest of the country.
Park Se-young has more.
The typhoon weakened overnight, …reducing further damage in Seoul and its surrounding area,… but the storm still left a trail of property damage and power blackouts as it moved across the country.
Soulik forced eleven households to evacuate and displaced 25 people in Jeollanam-do Province, Gyeonggi-do Province and Gangwon-do Province.
Jeollanam-do Province was hit fairly hard, …with the typhoon causing damage to buildings and roads, …and even uprooting a number of trees and lampposts.
Heavy rain and strong wind caused power outages to about 22-thousand households in various regions across the southwestern of the country and Jeju Island.
One teenager in Jeollanam-do Province is said to have been injured on Friday when a wall collapsed due to the strong winds.
One person was killed and another injured on Thursday.

Authorities ordered kindergartens, elementary and middle schools to stay closed on Friday,… with the same measure recommended for high schools.
Companies were also urged to allow employees with children to take the day off.
Airports across the country are now running as normal after more than 30 flights were cancelled as of Friday morning.
