The Labour leader Jeremy Corbyn has proposed a tax on big tech companies to help fund journalism. He put forward the idea during his Alternative MacTaggart Lecture at the Edinburgh TV Festival, saying it was necessary to build "a free and democratic media for the digital age." Report by Blairm.
