JDS-Cong coalition government in Karnataka seems to have be going through a rough patch
  • 6 years ago
The all important coordination committee which was supposed to ensure smooth running of the JDS-Cong coalition government in Karnataka seems to have be going through a rough patch. It has been learnt that while the committee was supposed meet every month, it has so far met only twice and is unlikely to meet in coming weeks as Siddaramaiah is flying to Europe early next month. The sticking point seems to be HD Kumaraswamy insisting to rework the panel. He wants JDS state president H Vishwanath and state Cong Prez Dinesh Gundu Rao to be included in panel. This has irked coordination panel Chief Siddaramaiah. More importantly the former CM is miffed with Kumaraswamy's way of functioning and governance and has already written 86 letters on various aspects of the functioning of the government and decisions taken.
