More than 20 dead in northeast China floods

More than 20 people were killed and at least seven are missing in northeast China after heavy floods brought by Typhoon Rumbia. Some 9 million people were affected in areas including Shanghai and Shandong. Typhoon Rumbia is the 18th typhoon to hit China in 2018.
