Shocking moment man drags girl from her mother in broad daylight

A man in Taipei, Taiwan tried to snatch a girl who was walking with her mother in broad daylight. The mother managed to fend off the stranger with onlookers’ help. The man was later sent for a medical assessment by the police as he was suspected to suffer mental illness.
