Wow. It has been a very emotional few days for me. Leaving Chelsea after 12 years was the hardest decision I've ever had to make. The staff members that taught me my trade from the age of 10, the cooks, the physios, doctors and masseurs that looked after me, the managers I've worked under, the world class players I've played with and finally the fans that have always supported me.

I want to say a big big thank you. It has always been my dream to play for Chelsea after following the club from a young age. Maybe now is not the right time but I'm sure our paths will cross again. Forever in my heart
