According to SF Gate, "The Good Place" writer Megan Amram has decided to try to win an Emmy in the Outstanding Actress in a Short Form Comedy or Drama Series category. She has created a web series, “An Emmy for Megan,” which is written entirely about her desire to win an Emmy. So far she has been nominated for two Emmys, one for acting and one for producing. Amram even has a speech prepared for when she wins. She says, "I think I may have even spent more time on the speech than the series. I promise to entertain if I win."
