Melania Trump is reportedly trying to improve President Trump's diet.
A recent New York Times profile about the habits of the somewhat mysterious first lady states, "At the White House, Mrs. Trump tends to stay in the residence, where she has worked with the kitchen staff to arrange more-healthful meals for her husband — though he still prefers two scoops of ice cream for dessert."
Trump has been known to indulge in fast food and other unhealthy options.
The president's preferences seem to have continued in the White House, with Time magazine detailing a dinner early on in his term as including Diet Coke, Thousand Island dressing, extra sauce for his chicken, and "two scoops of vanilla ice cream with his chocolate cream pie, instead of the single scoop for everyone else."
However, Bloomberg reported in March this year that inside sources indicated Trump has since made healthier dietary choices after his doctor suggested he lose some weight.
