MoviePass 'Un-Canceling' Users' Accounts The once unlimited movie subscription service recently updated their plans. Starting August 15, users were shifted to a new plan limiting them to just three movies per month for $9.95. Many customers canceled their service following
the announcement. Most subscribers assumed they would be able to use their service for the remainder of the month they already
paid for. But some users may have reactivated their account without even knowing it. An opt-in page popped up for both active and inactive members to inform them of the recent changes. If you tapped the “More Details” link and tapped “I Accept”, you reactivated your account. How do you avoid reactivating your account? 1. When presented with the opt-in screen, tap the X in the upper right-hand corner. 2. Don’t use your MoviePass for the remainder of
your subscription. 3. Double check your status and be sure you have officially canceled
your service.
