Over 1 billion kina in approved purchase orders with no funding, and around 7.8 million kina in fines for licensing malpractice, are two of some of the backlog of issues currently being dealt with by the management of PNG Power.

In her presentation at the Papua New Guinea Investment Conference in Brisbane recently, PPL Acting Managing Director, Carolyne Blacklock, highlighted some of these issues and the measures taken to address them.
