The BJP is likely to back Sajjad Lone of people's conference as the CM face for the valley, sources close to the NewsX have revealed. BJP National General Secretary Ram Madhav, during his visit to the valley held a closed-door meeting with a select group of the BJP’s Former Ministers and sought their opinion on government formation. The move has further fuelled speculation about government formation in Jammu and Kashmir. Other leaders present at the meet included Former Dy CM of Kashimr Kavinder Gupta, Sajjad Lone of people’s conference and five PDP rebel leaders.
