Oakland psychologist, Lesleigh Franklin lied about being an immigration attorney in an attempt to threaten a family who had parked outside her house.When one of the family members told her he was a here legally as a resident she was quick to inform him 'a resident isn't a citizen.'Franklin, who is reported to have worked with immigrants in the past, has now stepped down as CEO of a mental health clinic.
