If you're shopping for cheese in Guernsey this Christmas, keep an eye out for this one. It's a special edition of mature cheddar - and profits from sales will go to a new charity called Ernie's Angels. It's been set up in memory of Ernie Backlund-Leale, a boy who died from Leukaemia earlier this year.
