Israel, Hamas Agree To Truce

Israel and Hamas agreed on a truce Thursday to end the recent escalation in fighting.
Hamas is the Islamist group that rules the Gaza Strip,
Israel designates Hamas as a terrorist organization and the two have fought three wars in the past decade.
On Wednesday night and Thursday, Israeli aircraft struck more than 150 targets in Gaza.
Meanwhile, Palestinian militants fired rockets including a long-range missile deep into Israel.
