Victims of Violence In The American Civil Liberties Union's
lawsuit against Jeff Sessions,
they are alleging the
"evisceration of asylum protection." The Trump administration is being challenged by a group of mostly women and children who state that its polcies "unlawfully deprive them of their right to seek humanitarian protection." The "expedited removal" policies that have been implemented result in the denial of most domestic and gang violence asylum claims. ACLU, via statement The Department of Justice
