ACLU Sues Jeff Sessions
for Denying Asylum to
Victims of Violence In The American Civil Liberties Union's
lawsuit against Jeff Sessions,
they are alleging the
"evisceration of asylum protection." The Trump administration is being challenged by a group of mostly women and children who state that its polcies "unlawfully deprive them of their right to seek humanitarian protection."
