James Toseland on his championship hopes ahead of Magny Cour

James Toseland remains focussed and confident heading into this weekends WSB showdown at Magny Cours. Toseland currently leads the championship standings by 29 points and with just 50 points up for grabs the 27 year old Brit remains firmly in control despite dropping big points to his rivals in the previous two rounds.

Toseland has good form at the French circuit having clinched the World championship back in 2004 ahead of his Ducati team-mate Regis Laconi. In 2005 he claimed a podium and last year he won the opening race onboard the Ten Kate Honda and a fourth in race two to clinch second place in the championship standings.

In an exclusive interview with MCN, Toseland talks about his thoughts on the forthcoming weekend.
