Hundreds of vehicles became submerged after heavy downpours in northern China.
Video filmed in Shenyang City in Liaoning Province on August 7 shows a large number of cars getting stuck in floodwater and nearly completely submerged. A bus is also seen driving through the flooded street.
Another eyewitness filmed fish swimming in a street.
According to reports, authorities in China have issued a red warning signal - the country's highest level - for rainstorms.
More than 600 vehicles have reportedly been damaged in the floods.
