The new mom says her lips look "massive" on season 15 of " Keeping Up With the Kardashians " because she was pregnant the entire time. Business Insider reports Kardashian also asked people to "be kind" saying "pregnant women should be off limits." Slight swelling all over the body is normal during pregnancy.
