Heavy rain swamped Toronto on August 7, flooding parts of the city and leaving thousands without power.Toronto Hydro said 16,000 customers were left without power after an outage at one of their transmission stations.Toronto police tweeted about several flooding rescue operations they conducted Tuesday night.
