Strong earthquakes have rattled the islands of Lombok and Bali with the strongest, a 6.9 magnitude earthquake, hitting on Sunday. So far nearly 100 people have died. We were joined by Ken Kutsch who is in Bali, after being evacuated from the Gili Islands where he witnessed the earthquake and its devastating effects.
