ADOPTING A SPECIAL NEEDS HAMSTER FROM PETSMART

I'm not completely sure yet, but it is possible this hamster has hydrocephalus which can cause a few different health issues. His main issues at the moment are a healing eye infection along with teeth issues. Due to his seemingly normal face shape I'm not positive it is hydrocephalus yet, but will know more once he settles in and I'm able to examine him further.
